Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Dyno Collections! We appreciate your support! Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase!

1.  Returns/ Exchanges 

Sadly, due to regulations with our current suppliers, Dyno Collections does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Once your order is placed, your product immediately goes into production and is shipped directly to you through our trusted suppliers. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Items

While we do not accept general returns, we want you to be satisfied with your order. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a brief description of the issue. We will work with our supplier to review the issue and find an appropriate solution where possible.

If your order gets lost in transit, please send us an email regarding your order. We will assist in anyway possible to find an appropriate solution to get you your product. All claims must be submitted no more than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
